What is Amazon Prime Now? The convenience of shopping online has led most people to forego the usual trip to the store, as shopping from the comfort of their couch at home makes life less stressful. But as you may have noticed, one of the drawbacks of online shopping is that you can’t get your hands on your items right away.

Hence, Amazon tried to curb this problem by developing a program called “Amazon Prime,” which gives user access to free 2 days shipping. But I guess a considerable number of online shoppers still find this to be a bit slow. Hence, Amazon came up with a service called “Prime Now,” which is under Amazon Prime. This service has changed the way some big shoppers see online shopping today.

If you’re a member of Amazon Prime, you may have enjoyed Prime’s 48 hours (2 days) free shipping policy on all your orders. Nothing could be more convenient than tapping some buttons on your computer or smartphone to complete a purchase, and then your orders are delivered to you within the next 48 hours.

Prime Now is a service under Amazon Prime which gives users access to free 2 hours shipping. Users are also given the privilege to shop all day (7 days a week) for gifts, electronics, household supplies, groceries and food from neighborhood restaurants. With Amazon Prime Now, you won’t have to wait for days before your orders will arrive. In fact, you won’t even need to wait for a day. The maximum delivery time of this service is 2 hours, while the minimum is one hour. You can place your orders for any kind of item, including groceries and food, and they’d have them delivered to you within 2 hours or 1 hour.

Well, for me, I don’t find 2 hours to be too long. 2 hours could become 2 minutes if you place your orders and sit in front of your TV and watch Amazon Prime Video (cool movies and TV series). Before you know it, you’d get a knock on your door.

If you’re a frequent shopper on Amazon, then the Amazon prime program might be a good choice for you.
